We're sure you will be thrilled with your new Bluebonnet. That's because we've traveled the world to source the finest leather and craftsmanship for each product. We do understand, however, that sometimes your item may not be what you were hoping it would be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to follow the steps below:
To start your return or exchange simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line "Exchange/Return: order #' so a support agent can identify the issue and help you start the exchange or return process.
- Please return your product in its original packaging within 30 days of the date you received it. We’ll exchange it for a different item, store credit or offer a refund to your original payment method.
- If you choose to exchange your product for a Bluebonnet store credit, we'll load you up with a bonus $10 to be applied to a future order.
- If you're returning your Bluebonnet during holiday season, any products purchased between 11/1 - 12/25 are eligible for an extended return window, as long as you get it back to use by 1/31.
- Bluebonnet accessories (AirTag Case, Notebook, Chargers) and the Le Petit Prince MacBook Case are non-refundable. If you believe your product has been damaged in transit or if the wrong item has been delivered, please contact us in the returns portal.
